Hook em up. Fill out a blank work order. "Sub threatened technicians person and property if cable services we're not hooked up while on site." Bill for the reconnect. Turn it in and let the MSO deal with collecting the bill. After all they did send you out there to perform work and you do have a right to a safe working environment!
