i find retailers to generally be the worst installs i see. it's a coin toss whether or not it's grounded, it's ALWAYS on the roof another coin toss as to whether it's even sealed, and if they happened to go out on a trouble call forget about it working, because they aren't about start giving away their lnb's and the customer's definitely don't want to pay retail for a dpp twn. happened to be today........customer called a retailer, the lnb was obviously bad, the guy changed the barrels in the faceplacte and left, wasn't grounded, 4 SCREWS not bolts in the roof, no tar or even silicone. it was just crap, but then again i do know some great retailers out there that aren't running cables straight through the roof, ground and seal penetrations, etc.
