Thats pretty much what happened here... New company can in and under bid all others and got the contract... but we were still making very good money... then all of the sudden, comcast was demanding that all subs go inhouse and our checks were cut by well over 50%. The company stayed in town for about 4 more months and then left because they could not keep good workers, and a few other things... every other company that has come in since has not made it either because they cannot get good help. No one wants to go in house... The original company treated up as in house when it suited them, and they treated us as subs when it suited them... it was win win for them... until we got fed up with it.... been doing service in this area for years, there are limitations to what we will take from a company....
