Satman, I knew of the 4 week hold. I was told 30 days out (4 weeks)when I signed up with them. My problem is, When I send an invoice and you receive it at 10:00 am Monday 8-21-06. That means 9-18-06 would be 4 weeks, 30 days would be 9-20-06. I should receive payment no later than 9-23-06. Thats if it was mailed latest the 20th. I didn't receive payment until the 26th. I leave for work before the mail person comes so i really don't get the check deposited until the next day. So receiving it on the 26th means pay is 36 days out. This may seem petty to most people, but experience has taught me that it doesn't get better unless you address the situation. I wrote them a letter explaining my feelings and I get a call back but no resolve. Just to top it off after waiting 5 weeks the check was not signed so the bank wouldn't let me deposit it. Billy did the stand up thing and overnighted delivered b4 10:30 a new signed check. Thats why I say these are nice people to work for. Its nothing personal about the people its just policy and office protocol that frustrates me.
