did you know you have a cheater biller comp. working for you in vA? he was kicked off jobs in Fla., Md. and several other places after overcharing for hurracane work, then back-charging his guys when they caught up with him,so he cheated twice and probly then some. and was asked to leave and not to return other jobs...beware. heard he is still cheatin - you wuld do well to find someone else .....beware....
