If you are talking about testing for cable co's VoIP (Charter digital Voice, Comcast digital voice ect..) then yes.
Basically you want to get a MOS (Mean Opinion Score). I know the Trilithic 860dsp has this option.
It will test jitter, latency and packet loss. It supports CODEC G.711 only.
All that is required is an IP address (Supplied by MSO) so you can test within their system. Any other IP address will test outside the system, which in some cases in not accurate.
