1) Getting assigned service work while inexperienced techs are assigned the new connects and screw them up.
2) Hourly pay only while at the customers house.
3) Back charge for not running phone lines when customers have no phone service.
4) Pay is incorrect and have to fight to have it corrected and paid money due.
