it's like the customer i had the other day, ordered dish network in 96 (first year of operation if i'm correct), paid 1700 for the equipment and install, they were disappointed that new customers get for free what they were paing a 200 upgrade fee to get, but never once threatened to drop the service. did a job 2 days ago and i'm about to go put the tv in the bedroom on channel 60 and leave, but the customer's notes say that dish had 48 hours to get a tech out there or they were dropping the service. when did it become ok for customers to be stupid and for that to warrant a free truck roll?
