yeah as a matter of fact I just payed out 1400 to techs where the manager lost the work orders I paid off the dailys the techs showed us and am not worried about the money right now and if I dont get paid o well at least my installers that were missing money can feed their families thats how we as UNITY get down all the things you wish could happen for a sub we wish to but the difference is that we have enough biz sense to be able to pay the max we can afford to the tech which in some cases it is 80 percent like on a up grade I get payed 25 dollars I pay 20 to the tech if that isn't thinking about them first I don't know what is so sit there in your trailer and watch your black and white with stolen cable and whine to someone who gives a rats a@@
