If you are a contractor how can you use there WC insurance? If the company is afraid of there subs using there wc then i guess you really are an employee and not a subcontractor. Technicians need to look at how there relationship with there company is defined. A sol proprietor can get occupational insurance or disability insurance on themselves. Be responsibly for your business as a sub contractor, don't let companies just take money from you.
