lets not forget the flipside of your arguments......running the good tech ragged so that he's forgetting tools, ground wires and dumb things and assorted other crap that make him less productive...i was told just today when i had to go back to the office to buy a new meter that i was a favorite tech, i could barely think my way through the diplexers on the first job and never woke up from 2 weeks of 14 hour days. i'm a good effin tech, but no two days in a row off for 7 months is ridiculous. sending the same tech on the biggest jobs you have day after day is ridiculous. i don't like to admit it, but i quick talked my way out of a 7 hour install tonight after i'd waited an hour for the idiot to get home.....he did as i was leaving. i'm dead. goodnight.
