I work for unity in Bakersfield, Ca.... pay is good and on time, they do take a retainer, but it seems like all companies do these days. They also take GL and workmans comp out of your check. weekly pay, 1099, steady work, good management . From what ive seen so far, i dont have any complaints, at least in Bakersfield.
