The only thing about In-House is that you have opportunity for Health Insurance and get paid Vacations, etc... My brother in law went In-House 11 years ago, My husband is a contractor and He makes more money than him and his wife together, and I don't have to work a second job, plus I know from experience that in-house workers slow way down when you only get $10 an hour and no money except taxes come outta your check, plus why do 10 jobs a day when the boss only expects 3 done from in-house cause they cry and give the challeging jobs to the contractors cause they want it done right
