that's where i lean, but there HAS TO BE some upside. or maybe it's just for lazy people with no ambition? surely it's not that simple, maybe someone that's been with them awhile can speak up and talk about promotions and drastic raises. i just don't get it.....i mean i've met guys that say "i used to be a contractor, but....." but i've never heard a REASON for doing it the other way. who knows. maybe they have fountains of beer at the depot or something.
