my next question is this........how do you make sense of the $30 per i make, versus the $10 they pay their people. i guess my question is this: what benefits do their people get that are worth $20 an hour? is this a matter of guts, or are they not working 100 year old mansions and ghetto dwellers that you can't allow your tools to touch the floors? i guess my REAL question is this........what are the advantages of in house work for any company versus being a contractor.........forgive me for my ignorance, but i've always been a contractor (3 years) and i'm really trying to weigh my options with logic and not pride (having trouble with that)
