The prices are getting better. Better for the man on top.
The thing is, they know they will always find some one who will be starving enough or in a bad way, that will take that price.
Sucks to say it, but, it is true. And we ALL know this.
And the flip side to that is, They will probably get some Jack ass who will Half ass it.Which will then in turn have All the project managers saying "that workmanship justifies the rates" and narrow mindedly use that as an excuse to stereotype All contractors.
