That's when you work for somebody who cares about their bussines & employees, cause without employees, there is no bussines. That's the hard truth HSP's n' big bussines are realizing as of late, but they are so embedded in their obsolete system it might b too late for them to change it. (Mastec, BA, Apex...etc) Maybe it all change with some bussines sense out there, but I still don't see it.
