how do you take it when you consistently get stuck with the toughest routes, are consistently praised, but consistently see routes you could make 3 times the money on get split your way when you are on your way home because the guys with the easy money aren't what they say they are? i've been the router/supervisor/lead tech and quit because benefits didn't outweigh cash, so i know how hard it is on the other side of the fence, but i NEVER ONCE gave the money to the bs tech.........
what are some opinions on this?
