Do a google search on what your looking for as well as the location. Print up a form letter , send it to various renters/ lessors ask them to send you a written price quote (proposal). Then contact leasing reps by phone , let them compete for your business. Be sure and read the fine print on their contracts it can cost you. Hope this helps.
