Works like this. Powers that be need a boogey man for the general public to fear so that billions of dollars may be mis appropriated in "keeping us safe" from the boogey man. No boogey man, no need for protection from him. They are not going to realize a profit by rebuliding our own country. Nor will they turn a profit doing anything for the American people.
The boogey man is a fictional character made to frighten little children, he is not real.
