You are right Prime they all are to blame because our government has sold out to big business. In 1996 the olympics' contractors in Atlanta used a bunch of illegal immigrants to build the housing for the athletes and other buildings. Noone did anything but praise the contractors. They were in such a hurry that they miscalculated the foundation and the buildings are sinking. These buildings are now the Georgia Tech student housing and predicted to collapse. The only thing that came out of this that the buildings were built the olympics went as planned and the mexicans were deported before they were finished being paid. Not all were sent back though. Thank God for crooked contractors right.
