For each of the items you are talking about these would be manufactures specks. So I would recommend searching the manufactures sites for the items you want info on. Just like in your book’s you have one for each equipment manufacture.
When you do design you need to build speck files for your system design based on the equipment you are using. And yes if you don’t have any saved files on the equipment you are using it is a pain.
You may find some designers out there that have files built for there design work that they may be willing to share.
