I agree with the others, give your two weeks... They say go then the door is wide open. But never leave someone hanging or short handed. You never burn bridges, you have worked for them for a year. I am sure you have made contacts in this company in which you may respect. This way, you leave the company plenty of time for Q.C. also... Make sure all your work is clear, so you will get paid what you are owed.
