Dennis is a no B.S. guy to work for. He will tell you it straight, go to bat for you at the risk of his own job (if you are right), and make sure that you are paid. We all know this business can be cutthroat to get you on a job, and then the job and pricing is not what was presented over the phone. Dennis will not do that, period. I have worked for and with Dennis over the past 8 years, and his ethics and professionalism towards our business have influenced my work ethos in a positive light.
If there is any caveat, it is the inherent fact of our business that sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. Dennis (and RTC Broadband) will tell you upfront of any "bad", but will make sure you make money and pay you. I will also say that you must be upfront and forthcoming as a professional, produce as you state, and be honest; thus to work, and continue to work with Dennis.
