Again, I am being "handed" alot of this work, all of the sudden, and I needed some advice as to how to go about it. I need to decide if I want to do it "myself", or farm it out. Either way, I need to know how to make intelligent bids, designs, materials, ETC.
Again, I THANK YOU ALL who gave me usable info. At least that way I can make an intelligent decision as to what to do.
