Had a customer who had a reschedule count of 8 yesterday. So of course he's pissed off. I have to do a KA/KU pole mount and the customer purchases a HDMI cable off me for a total due of $200. Customer give me and my partner TWO North Face Summit Series Jackets BRAND NEW. These jackets retail for roughly $350 bucks. I gave him the HDMI cable for free and only charged him for the pole mount. He turns around and give me a $75 tip and says enjoy the coats and I wish everyone one in the service industry was as upstanding and concerened with the customers needs like you.
