Call your contacts and tell them what you would like to do. If they like you and have room for you or a need for your services get everything together that they require (ask them). Then go from there. Of coarse it takes money to make money and you will need a license and insurance first as well as equipment, operating capital, bonds, etc. Your local bank may have solutions that suit you...ask them.
