What they are doing is switching to a new Health Insurance Company. As with the change, the coverages may differ from one to the other. Now as far as how they pay their Employees, they have 3 different tiers and unless your performance and quality of work doesn't decline, then your rate of may does not change, unless your a hacker. I myself am a triple play Tech and my average is no less than $1,500.00/week.
