Do some research on the technologies (unless your just looking to plug wires in....). Sound & Vision Magazine is a good resource. Knowing your stuff should help you upsell some equipment to cx's. Then, when they bring home that fancy plasma you'll know to tell them they need a new receiver with hdmi ports to convert to a true 1080i or 780p picture to get the most out of their new toy. But really understand what you're talking about, you'll eventually get called out on it....good luck.
