What if the neighbor had a splitter and a drop linking up his TV as well. Some will have one guy get the cable in the building, then the neighbors hook up splitters and rig drops into each others homes......They all split the bill...(if they have the money). I swear I have seen many of those in the ghetto on MDU's.....it's very funny when you come to disconnect neighbor number 1 for non-payment and you stumble upon community TV at its finest!
