Take your time and triple check your projected income statement. If this statement looks good, not too good, you shouldn;t have any trouble selling to a lender. Another thing, be sure your projected cash flow statement matches your income statement. Do not show a profit in the first 6 months. A copy of you contract also adds weight to your portfolio. The more paperwork to go through, the better.
