I would like to know as well. Plus background info/tech location on what that whole situation was. I do remember they fired him. (OH, that sounds like it will solve the problem.) That was the part I remember asking and being pissed about. I don't know about anyone else - I fight that everyday dispatch and the sleep while waiting...
