did you check the agc pilot channel? is it stable? did the plant go out at any time? sometimes an outage will cause your agc outputs to drift. just a few thoughts. if its at just one amp id guess a bad agc or mod. I am not a cable guy but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
