U can also try to recoup ur earnings though Small claims court. Just make sure u had a contract with the amount of money they were to pay per job. Then go in with all the workorders with the customers and yours signature stating work was complete and that contract. U should win ur fight. The only thing they can stand on, is if u didn't do the work to code and they go out to every job and take pictures and bring that in. But for the most of us, we crank out 3 to 5 jobs a day. In 2 weeks, thats 36 to 60 jobs they would have to find something seriously wrong.

If the contract doesn't state QC rules, then all u have to do is make sure all entry points are sealed, cable is on the house or deep underground, and that its grounded to NEC and local codes.

Word of advice, make sure u like the contract before u sign, and never do any work til there is a contract.
