Go to irs.gov and fill out an ss-8 form. Complete it and bring a copy of it in with you to work. Tell them that you expect them to pay you in full and on time or you will be seeking re-classification as an employee as well as asking them to make a determination of the employee status of all their technicians. Failing to pay you at that point would cause them much greater financial injury than just paying you what they owe you.
Of course, if these people really suck, I would still file the form after they pay you. The fewer junk companies in this trade, the better.
