Why bother

Why do some of these business' post there business needs on this web sight if when you respond to them they either don't answer their phones or they don't call you back. Maybe in my opinion they just have so many workers and are making so much money they do not need anyone else, and if thats the case why post an ad. Ive called like 5 in the last week for Dish Installs in San Antonio and only one has returned my call. Also if you post an ad have work ready to go don't say you are in a city that you haven't started working yet. Just my opinion. I may be out of line but I don't see the logic here. Any thoughts?
