I have a good question. Why is it the wet foot Dry foot policy does not apply to Haitians when they are more likely to be persecuted or execute d for their political beliefs. Haitians are executed because there was a rumor of them speaking out against their government. Local political parties kill their rivals' supporters and members. There has been god knows how many coups. Aristide himself has been accused of ordering peoples deaths. People in Rwanda are still dying and still have to apply for Visas to get into America. What is so different for Haitians and other Immigrants from other countries. The Mexican government needs to use some of that money which is being sent back and invest it in their people. Haiti is just a complete mess.
