Re: Any dawg cures for poison ivy ?

When our youngest son was 14 months old, he had chicken pox after his 6-year-old sister got them...we had a small swimming pooll for the kids in the backyard, and I put bleach in it to "chlorinate" and sanitize it, and mentioned it to the doc that I was letting him go in swimming with it in there also...he never itched once from the chicken pox, and they were gone very quickly. The doc at the time told me it surely couldn't hurt him....and it made our lives easier without a cranky baby!!!!
