HSI: 20
Change of service: 6
Voip: 30
Add a digital box: 6

A few things seem a little lowball.

When I did it 3 months ago rates were a bit better.

HSD (HSI) was $30 not $20
Reconnect was $15 not $14
VOIP was I`ve heard around $50 not $30 (company did`nt have us subs do VOIP)
disconnects were $10
New Drop (aerial) $8 ground $10
AMP $10
New connect $35. $21 for running ALL new cable from pole\Ped to house??? I`d pass for only $6 more. Better to bill it as follows.

Reconnect , New A\O , new drop.

BTW.... Some companies on reconnect may be more then one outlet\tv. Like SAT make sure you write it up right or your ripping yourself off.

The rest of the prices are about right.

Finally I hope you have a 28 foot ladder with hooks on them.
