S&N used to be a fantastic company. I first started working for them 19 years ago. Both founders , Crawford Smith and Wayne Newkirk, Knew every aspect of telecomunications because they started from the ground up. Being contractors themselves, they knew the most important thing for they're men was to be paid on time. You would turn your time sheets in on monday and you had your check on thursday. Unfortunately all good and succesful companies seem to be bought up by investors who know nothing about the business. Crawford sold his share and since has passed due to cancer. Wayne has retired also. I have not worked for them in at least 2-3 years. I'm sorry to hear they take so long to pay now. All good things come to an end I guess.
