if you are having the problem with these new HEAVY lnbs that are thicker at the front usually akb-72xx or akb-47xx at my shop we either carry one dpp to checkswitch and download then you're fine......seems to be the software, the other way we do it is to download FIRST before we checkswitch since the lnb reads signal from 119 before the checkswitch screws things up........after the new software is loaded on the receiver these work fine, but seem to run hot enough to light a smoke off of the ports........hope that works
