What I know about the law tels me that your anger is real but a contract is a contract sign the the contract and you probably didn't realize what you signed . Did they know it ( oh Yeh ) a class action suite is not the way to go Boy cott stay away Find the lieing guys and try to broadcast it on the bar sometimes they let you and sometimes they kick it out Directv in my opinion is a good firm its the subs that they hire They take advantage of those that are not knowledgeable and they get what belongs to you . I'm asked many times ( you have the money why don't you go that route ) its not my way Its not my way so tell these people that owe you money It will catch them in the End it always does
