You talk like you know what you are saying but it is painfully obvious that you do not.
I happen to KNOW for a fact that the two are not intertwined; I have worked for BOTH entities on the contract side and my wife worked for Newhouse dating back to when it was Vision Cable and under the TWEAN agreement up until 2002, almost 16 years.
TWC NEVER owned Advance and a simple Google search would reveal that. TWC did "manage" the assets of their joint venture but that's it. They have since parted with Advance taking back their contributed subscribers.
Please check your facts before you post in a public forum and insist you are correct.
