Brighthouse is not owned by TWC. They were in a joint venture called TWEAN or Time Warner Entertainment/Advance Newhouse but that's for the most part over.
TWC and Comcast are parting out the former Adelphia systems to form huge mega systems, although I wouldn't be surprised to see some Charter and possibly some Newhouse systems come into the mix; all are separate MSOs.
