Problems with Stealth Meter

Maybe its just by chance but since JDSU took over Acterna I have been having nothing but trouble with newly calibrated meters. This one in particular gives me trouble when i download it. Sometimes it takes almost an hour to finally get downloaded with all the error messages. Maybe its my software. Any help would be great. Thanks.
