Do Not have to Carry it in Indiana as long as you get a Exepmtion from State of Indiana $20.00 Year, but some primes won't let you work without it because of past subs getting hurt and suing them, so my husband and I have to carry it . about $900, he is sole propritor, but it's what the prime wants or you don't contract from them, "Damned if you do , Damned if you don't" .
