I would find an Attorney and ask them. Find the local or state office number and call them. Your insurance agent should be able to tell you if you need it or not, get a few opinions if he says yes unless you know he is honest. Every state is diferent and the requirements are different. I am a contractor, sole proprieter and do not have W/C. Living in TN.
