Seeking someone with aerial construction knowledge to manage a large strand design contract. The applicant must be able to direct the design of the strand construction. This is not traditional strand mapping project. While the recording of current conditions is needed, decisions regarding the placement of new facilities, grounds, guys etc. will be made by field personel
