A prenup is only as good as the other parties attorney. A easy case is made that a foreigner has no idea as to what they are signing.
I remember years ago installing a Primestar system down in Haleyville, Al and I swear this guy had a mail order bride. She was a hot asian babe, but she did not seem happy at all. She didn't speak English and he was in his 40's and didn't seem to be a pleasant guy. He lived in a trailor, so I don't think he was wealthy.
I try not to get involved in how other people choose to live as long as no children are being hurt. If I suspect there is child abuse, (proof must be at hand) that is when the authorities are notified.
