Info On Dish Installs

I wanted to know if someone could give me some pros and cons to satelite installs. I've been in cable for a while but never done satelite. I'm being offered a job with dish and the guy says it pays about 70 bucks for one room. I guess you have to buy all your fittings and stuff though, which seems strange, but he says it's good money. What can someone that excels at this expect to make? Thanks in advance for any help.
